The GIBOARD is an innovative balance training device that, due to the flexibility of its wooden form, creates a soft spring effect on the slackline, something that is technically impossible over such short distances using slackline tension alone. The unique, patented design offers both effectiveness and safety by keeping the user just a few centimeters off the ground, allowing for easy stepping off if balance is lost. This feature enhances the user’s spatial awareness in all directions.
Once set up, the GIBOARD remains tensioned and is always ready for a quick balance session.
GIBBON meets Scandinavian Design. Inspired by a calmer and more abstract appearance, the shapes on this GIBOARD are playful, friendly, and somewhat subdued. To emphasize the tranquil look, the PLAY model comes with an unprinted, white slackline.
Technically, the different GIBOARD set models do not differ. The bands are original GIBBON slacklines and, with a load capacity of 2 - 4 tons, show no noticeable differences over such a short distance.
